Anthropological Aspects of the Problem of Personnel Training for the VI Technostructure in the Context of Posthumanism Ideas

The article analyzes the anthropological problem of training personnel for the VI technological order (techno-economic paradigm) in the context of post-humanism ideas. The authors note that the “new ontology” of the Posthuman considers Homo sapiens only as a surmountable stage in a radically different, “post-human” evolution, while the existential foundations of man are eliminated from the worldview picture. In fact, the existential fulfillment of a person depends on how much his decisions and actions correspond to his inner essence, his ideas about a harmonious life. The analysis of expert views carried out in the article shows that new technological order require the formation of a person who has a value-cultural matrix – the “cultural code”, the formation of new “integral cadres”, non-Socratic specialists who differ in existential fulfillment and competitive opponents to the “Trans -, Post-, Overhuman” proposed by transhumanism.
