The article presents the author’s conceptual model of managing the development of competitiveness of a professional educational organization, considers its two interrelated levels: the methodological basis and the economic system of a professional educational organization itself. The development of the competitiveness of a professional educational organization is shown as a transition from one stable state to another on the basis of “positive feedback”.
