Functional features of continuing professional education in the context of modernization and reform (on the example of the oil and gas industry of the Udmurt Republic)

The article presents a functional scheme of continuous professional education of gas and oil workers in the conditions of public-private partnership and network interaction in the process of modernization and reform (on the example of the oil and gas industry of the Udmurt Republic). The article considers the contour-network interconnection between educational organizations of the Resource center for training personnel for the oil and gas industry, employers, other organizations and institutions, which provides organizational and pedagogical conditions for continuing professional education.
