Distributed teaching class as an element of continuous pedagogical education (regional project of the Kaliningrad region "Teacher of the Future")

The article actualizes the problem of shortage of teaching staff in Russia as a whole and in the Kaliningrad region in particular. One of the possible ways to solve the problem of teacher shortage may be the project of distributed teacher class, for the successful implementation of which requires the consolidation of efforts and resources of all subjects of the education system in the region. The author of the article presents a model of the regional project of the distributed pedagogical class «Teacher of the future», describes the key features of the project and prospects for its mplementation.
