Pedagogical aspects of improving the speed-strength qualities of cadets of the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article deals with the experimental use of the technique of speed and strength training of students of the educational organization of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in the classroom on the discipline «Physical training». The importance of physical fitness of a specialist for solving problems in practice is substantiated. A number of exercises of speed-power character used in the preparatory part of the training session is proposed, which ensures the effective formation of professional competencies of students.
