The main approaches to the development of a model for training specialists and workers through the Agile methodology

The article deals with the project aimed at the formation of popular competencies among the graduates of the Kaluga Transport and Technological College named after A.T. Karpov on the example of the specialty «Organization of transport and transport management». The advantages of using Agile methodology and Scrum method for project management are shown.
