Management activities to overcome professional deformations of college teachers

The article describes the organization of psycho-diagnostic work to identify the level of professional deformations among teachers of the College. Identified the relationship between the professional deformations of teachers and characteristics of their personality. Strategies and tactics of optimization of administrative activity on prevention and decrease of professional destructions at teachers are offered.
