Abstract:
The article analyzes the problems of additional professional training and employment of persons of retirement age in connection with the upcoming reform of the pension system in the Russian Federation. The content of social policy moreover, we have the necessity for formation of gerontocracy companies. A list of measures aimed at improving vocational training and employment of persons of retirement age is given.
