GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Original articles, with no previous publications, a volume up to 40,000 characters (including spaces), written in a clear literary language, are accepted for publication. The article should be edited and verified by the author. The quotations given in the article should not deviate from the original text and should be accompanied by a link to the source. The author is responsible for the selection and accuracy of the facts, quotations, proper names and titles. All materials are checked for plagiarism and evaluated by independent experts (double-blind peer review). The articles of undergraduates, postgraduates and applicants are published in co-authorship with a supervisor or with a letter of recommendation from a supervisor justifying the relevance of the topic, the novelty of approaches, the scientific (scientific-practical) significance of the results obtained. There is no payment for publication. Voluntary financial support is welcomed. 

THE MANUSCRIPT REVIEWING PROCEDURE 

Upon admission to the editorial office, the manuscript is registered and reviewed in accordance with the date of receipt. The article submitted to the editorial office is checked for the presence of inaccurate borrowings and for the compliance with the subject of the journal. Articles previously published or having matching parts with previously published articles are rejected. The editorial board performs blind review on the articles corresponding to the subject of the journal for the purpose of their expert evaluation. All reviewers are recognised experts on the subject of peer-review. Reviews are kept in the editorial office for 5 years. If the review of the article holds recommendations for certain corrections, the article is sent to the author with the recommendations and comments of the reviewer, which must be taken into account when finalising or argumentatively refuted. An article not approved by the reviewer is not accepted for reconsideration. The final decision on the publication of the article is made by the editorial board. The editorial board reserves the right to reject an article without conducting an external examination (review) if it clearly does not meet formal and /or substantive requirements, such as compliance with the subject of the journal, originality (uniqueness), compliance of conclusions with the goals and objectives of the study, etc.

STRUCTURE OF THE ARTICLE

The manuscript submitted to the editorial office should include the following structural and substantive elements: 

ORIGINAL ARTICLE

Title (7 (± 2) words excluding function words) 

Introduction - background information  - analysis of existing approaches to solving the problem (a review of the literature on the topic of the study, an indication of the "knowledge gap" that the author is trying to fill with their article) 

Aim of the article

Methods - research progress, design and research procedure - tools and methods used for data collection and processing (when using standard methods and procedures, it is sufficient to provide links to relevant sources) 

Results and Discussion - empirical or theoretical data obtained during the study, including those presented in the form of tables, graphs, diagrams, etc . - interpretation of data demonstrating the importance of the results obtained for understanding (solving) the problem stated in the introduction and/or confirming the hypothesis put forward > The text of the section is recommended to be divided into subsections, equipped with subheadings that facilitate perception 

Conclusion - conclusions correlated with the purpose of the article formulated in the introduction - the significance of the research results, their novelty - prospects for research on this issue

METHODOLOGICAL ARTICLE

Introduction- background information  - analysis of existing methods, justification of the need to develop a new methodology 

Aim of the article

Methodology - description of methodological techniques, methods of organizing the educational process (based on their own pedagogical experience), equipment, conditions, etc. 

Approbation - organisation and technique of approbation 

Results - performance indicators, evaluation methods and objective evidence of effectiveness 

Conclusion- prospects of use, possibilities of replication of the methodology, recommendations

REFERENCES

REFERENCES include articles from scientific journals, monographs. Description of other sources (regulatory documents, national standards, materials from socio-political, artistic, literary and journalistic newspapers and magazines, websites, blogs, etc.) are issued in the form of footnotes. 

If DOI is available, its inclusion in the bibliographic description of the source is obligatory.

In REFERENCES, sources are described in accordance with the APA 7th Edition standard.

Abstract is a section that largely determines the future fate of the article, including citation. It is after getting acquainted with the annotation that the reader decides whether to continue reading.

SENDING THE MANUSCRIPT TO THE EDITOR

 The package to be sent to the editor consists of two files in WORD format: a file with an article and a file with metadata. The names of the files include the surname of the first author, for example: Jones_article.docx , Jones_meta.docx Materials for publication are sent by e-mail to the editorial office: po-rt@bk.ru
